1. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Pixuld. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment.
2. Non-Exclusivity
You are free to work with other platforms and clients. Pixuld does not require exclusivity.
3. Creator Ownership & Rights
The Creator retains all rights, titles, and interest in their photographs, videos, creative works, edits, and other original content. Pixuld does not acquire ownership of the Creator's work through participation in the platform.
4. Platform License
The Creator grants Pixuld a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use Creator-provided content for operating, promoting, marketing, and improving the Pixuld platform and the Creator's services. This license does not transfer ownership of the Creator's work to Pixuld.
5. Creator Availability
You are responsible for keeping your availability accurate. Accepting a booking you cannot fulfill may result in account suspension.
6. Creator Pricing
The Creator may establish their own pricing for services offered through Pixuld, subject to applicable Pixuld policies. The applicable price and Pixuld platform fee will be disclosed before the Creator accepts a booking.
7. Pixuld Platform Fee
Pixuld charges a platform fee on completed bookings. Creators who sign this agreement during the early access period are permanently locked into a reduced platform fee rate — this lower rate will never increase for your account.
8. Booking Protection
Pixuld provides booking protection for verified disputes. Details will be provided at launch.
9. 24-Hour Payment Guarantee
Payments for completed bookings are released within 24 hours of client confirmation.
10. Customer Cancellations & No-Shows
Creator compensation for customer cancellations and no-shows will be determined under Pixuld's applicable cancellation and no-show policies. Pixuld may provide compensation to Creators when customers cancel after the applicable cancellation deadline or fail to appear for a confirmed booking.
11. Customer Disputes
Pixuld may investigate customer complaints and disputes. A customer dispute will not automatically cancel or delay a Creator's protected payment when the Creator substantially completed the agreed services. Pixuld may withhold, reverse, or adjust payment where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, false reporting, material failure to provide the agreed services, serious misconduct, unlawful conduct, or another material violation of this Agreement.
12. Professional Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself professionally with all clients. Harassment or misconduct will result in immediate account termination.
13. Customer Information
Client contact information shared through Pixuld may only be used to fulfill the booked service.
14. Off-Platform Circumvention
Creators are free to work with clients through any channel they choose. Pixuld does not restrict or prohibit off-platform work.
15. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through Pixuld.
16. Account Suspension & Termination
Pixuld reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
17. Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting this form, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Creator Agreement.
